We are now accepting volunteers for the 2019 Folks Festival. After carefully reading through this page, proceed to the new online volunteer application via the link at the bottom of this page. Thanks for your interest, volunteers are the BEST!
Volunteers represent Planet Bluegrass to thousands of Festivarians. If the thought of remaining sober during your shifts bums you out, volunteering is not for you. If greeting and helping Festivarians does seem like something you want to do, then we would love to have you be a part of our team!
For 2019, we’re excited to introduce a new online volunteer application process which will allow you to access all your volunteer information online, including the status of your application and your shift schedule. To help us insure a full volunteer team, this year we’re also requiring everyone to buy a reimbursable ticket in order to volunteer. (This ticket will be reimbursed after you fulfill your volunteer duties.) We appreciate your understanding of this new requirement, and as always, we welcome your feedback on the new volunteer process.
