Farm & Shady Grove Load-In
- All Farm Campers, RV’s, and Vehicles AND Shady Grove Campers must load into the Farm in their vehicle or RV (even if you’re tent camping). For everyone’s safety, there is no pedestrian line.
- There is no lottery or lineup prior to 9am opening.
- Vehicles may not line up on the Farm Property or stop anywhere along Highway 36 prior to 9am.
- We recommend waiting in Lyons until 9am and then driving up to the Farm. If you try to turn into The Farm at 8:59 you will be turned away and have to go around again.
- Upon arrival at the Farm, we will snake traffic around the property to absorb all of the vehicles and keep the highway clear.
- Be prepared to wait in line in your vehicle for a long time, as landing hundreds of RV’s is a slow process! If you don’t want to wait in line, we would advise showing up later in the day.
- Once you pass the check in tent, our team will confirm your credentials and direct you to the correct location.
- Farm RV’s and Vehicles will proceed into the camping area and be landed by staff.
- Shady Grove and Farm Tent Campers will be allowed to park in the closest parking lot and unload.
