Follow these directions for Friends & Family Transfers*. Like the name implies, this method is best for transfers from people you trust as the seller can revoke the ticket(s) at any time leading up to the event. If this happens, the buyer will be notified via email.

In order to utilize the Friends & Family Transfer option, your order must:

1) Be fully paid (if on a payment plan). If you are on a payment plan, you must complete the payment plan before the Friends & Family Transfer option is available to you.

2) Be scheduled for Will Call delivery. If you’d like to transfer your tickets but they are scheduled to be shipped to you, you’ll have to email help@seetickets.us in order to have your order reissued to Will Call before the See Tickets Will Call transfer deadline.

Before there is a tracking number in your See Tickets account and/or the transfer deadline, you can change the shipping address for your order. This only works for your entire order (ie. you can’t ship to two different addresses). You can call See Tickets to have your tickets reissued to Will Call and you can utilize Friends & Family Transfer. See directions here.

Once there is a tracking number in your See Tickets account, you won’t be able to change the shipping address or have your order reissued to Will Call to utilize Friends & Family Transfer. Once wristbands arrive at your door via USPS about 3-5 weeks before the Festival, they can be handed out and sold at your discretion.

Please know that if the buyer should lose these wristbands and seek help at the box office on-site, the buyer must have a copy of the seller’s driver’s license as well as a copy of the last 4 digits of the seller’s credit card used to make the purchase.

For Friends & Family transfers before the deadline, follow these directions.

For transfers after the fact, the seller must supply the buyer with a copy of their driver’s license and the last four digits of the credit card used to make the purchase. When the buyer comes to the box office with those two things, they will be given all the seller’s Will Call tickets.

Prior to the transfer deadline, a seller can call the Planet Bluegrass Office (800-624-2422) and request us to sell tickets to a specific buyer. The seller must confirm the last 4 digits of the card used at that time (see below where to find it in your See Tickets account).

We will then need the buyer to call us in order to sell them those tickets (at the current face value, of course). Will Call will be the only delivery option.

Once that transaction is completed, the seller will then be refunded the full purchase amount for those same tickets and sent an email confirmation. This option is best for those who are not comfortable with the Friends and Family option.
