Ticket Purchasing 101
To purchase Telluride Bluegrass tickets, go to shop.bluegrass.com where you will see two separate events: TBF “Tickets” and “Camping & Contests.”
While both events are for the 2025 Telluride Bluegrass Festival, “Tickets” contains passes that include entry to the Festival. “Camping & Contests” contains camping passes for Lawson Hill, all Vehicle/RV passes, and Contest Entries.
Ticketing Notes:
- As usual, we will not be taking phone orders; all orders must be placed online.
- Camping passes are sold per person, not per site, and allow for tent camping only.
-If you want to have your vehicle in the campground, you will also need to purchase a vehicle pass (campground permitting).
- Kids 12 yrs old and younger are FREE for both the Festival and camping when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
- As with all of our tickets, all taxes and fees are included. The price you see is the amount you will pay at checkout.
- You are allowed to buy 4 tickets per GA ticket type (4-Days & each Single Day) up to 16 total tickets per order. See “Ticket Limit” section below.
- Will Call is now only available to international purchasers at the time of purchase. See “Getting Your Tickets” section below.
- Keep in mind that having a ticket in your cart does not guarantee that you can check out with it. That only occurs once you get to the checkout page and the timer starts.
Ticketing Details
All Festival passes are general admission and non-transferable. There is no reserved seating available. Learn more about our tarp run tradition here.
Ticket Purchasing Limits
You will be limited to a maximum of 4 tickets of a given type per customer. (e.g. 4-day pass, Friday single-day).
There is also a four (4) ticket maximum for tickets that are bundled with camping (Town Park, Warner Field, and Mary E Ilium). That means that you can only purchase a combined four tickets between the Town Park, Warner Field, and Mary E tickets types. For example, you can purchase 4 Town Parks, or 2 Town Parks and 2 Mary Es, or 3 Warner Fields and 1 Mary E etc. Any tickets purchased in excess of four will be automatically refunded.
Getting your tickets
Most* Telluride Bluegrass Festival wristbands are RFID-enabled, which allows us to physically ship them to you in the spring. You’ll need to remember to bring the wristband with you to Telluride - and don’t try to put it on early, because you won’t be able to get it off!
*4-day passes, single-day passes, Town Park, Warner Field, & Mary E camping passes are RFID-enabled.
Barcodes for Lawson Hill Camping and any vehicle/RV passes will be emailed to you immediately following your online purchase. These barcode tickets will need to be exchanged at the festival box office for a wristband or sticker.
All vehicle passes and non-bundled camping passes are sold separately.
What is RFID?
RFID stands for “radio frequency identification,” and it’s a method of transmitting and receiving data. RFID-enabled wristbands carry a small amount of data such as your name and order number, and they allow us to operate more securely. If someone loses their wristband, we are able to look it up and remotely deactivate it so it does not fall into the wrong hands. We use “passive RFID,” which means the chip does not have a built-in battery and can only transmit data when it is held up to a scanner. It cannot be used to track location!
