Ticket Transfer Options
Tixel Resale coming soon!
We’ve partnered with Tixel for our Face Value Ticket Exchange. If you can no longer attend an event and the refund deadline has passed, you can list your ticket on Tixel and resell it to another fan. To sell, head to Tixel.com/sell.

To transfer a ticket through Eventim (See Tickets):
1. Contact Eventim (See Tickets) via email (help@seetickets.us) and request that they change the ticket to Will Call.
2. Once the ticket has been changed to Will Call, log into your Eventim (See Tickets) account, view your order history, and you will see a transfer button.
3. Enter the recipient’s email address and they will receive an email prompting them to accept the ticket(s).
Important Notice:
Once a ticket is transferred to another Festivarian via Eventim (See Tickets), the transfer is final. Only the first transfer will be honored.
