Parking

FREE parking is available in the Academy Parking Area adjacent to the campground. If you are camping, you will have the opportunity to drive into the campground unload your gear and park in the adjacent lot. You can easily access your car at any time and drive offsite and return as needed. If you are sleeping in a Tent you do not need a vehicle pass.

Daily commuters will also use the Academy Parking Area. 

Vehicle Camping (ie sleeping in your Van, Trailer Popup etc.) - A limited number of Bundled Academy & RockyGrass Onsite Vehicle Passes will be available for $340. This pass must be purchased if you wish to sleep in your vehicle (ie Van, Trailer, Truck) within the campground. This is sold as a bundle package with the RockyGrass Onsite Vehicle Pass to minimize the movement of vehicles between events. The maximum length for an on-site vehicle is 20 feet. These passes are very limited and only (1) pass per order will be allowed at check out.

Academy Parking Area (Free) -

(Onsite parking Sunday 7/20 to Thursday 7/24 @2pm)

This is the parking area for all students who are camping in the offsite campground and daily commuters. At Check-in you will be given an Academy Parking Pass to put in the dash of your vehicle. This will have your name and phone number written on it in case we need to reach you to move your vehicle in an emergency situation. All vehicles in this parking area must be moved Thursday 7/25 by 2pm to either Riverbend or The Farm.

Academy & RockyGrass Onsite Vehicle Passes

(Onsite vehicle camping Sunday 7/20 to Monday 7/28 @12pm)

A limited number of bundled Academy & RockyGrass Onsite Vehicle Passes will be available for $340. This pass must be purchased if you wish to sleep in your vehicle (ie Van, Trailer, Truck) within the campground. Riverbend Festival Parking Pass – Available to Academy Students Only

(Adjacent Festival parking Thursday 7/24 @8am to Monday 7/28)

All vehicles must be moved out of the Academy Parking Area by Thursday at 2pm to either the Farm or RiverBend since the Festival Campers arrive Thursday and take over this area. Academy students can purchase a Riverbend Festival Parking Pass (just across the street) for $10 at Academy Check-in. This is a closer lot than parking at The Farm. The Riverbend parking lot will only be open to park between 8am to 2pm Thursday (7/24). Once your vehicle is parked it can stay there for the duration of the festival until Monday (7/28) morning.

RockyGrass Festival – “On-Site Vehicle Pass”

(Onsite vehicle camping Thursday 7/24 to Monday 7/28)

If you purchased an “On-Site Vehicle Pass” for the RockyGrass Festival, you can pick it up when you check in for Academy . These passes were purchased through See Tickets for $230. Check your See Tickets account to see if you purchased this pass. This pass allows you to move your vehicle from the Academy Parking Area into the onsite campground and stay for the duration of the RockyGrass Festival.
