Amazingly creative and unique booths add extra sparkle to each event. If you’ve got such a booth, then you can earn a little jingle while enjoying three weekends of great acoustic music throughout the summer:

Craft Vendors

As we gear up for the 2019 Festival season, we are looking for the best vendors to offer fine crafts and complete the Festival experience for our Festivarians. Planet Bluegrass is committed to producing the finest musical experiences in the most sustainable manner possible. Given this, we ask that our vendors help us to enhance each festival by adhering to our sustainability practices.

Food Vendors

Because we have a group of loyal vendors who have been with us for many years, our food vending is by invitation only. If you live or have a business in Lyons or Telluride, please feel free to contact us at concessions@bluegrass.com in case we have any openings for this year.

Non-Profit Vendors

We offer non-profit groups space to educate our audience and publicize their causes. We have space for a few select non-profit groups at our Lyons events. Because of space restrictions, we do not have non-profit tables at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

Tabling at our Lyons events includes 2 single-day tickets for each day of the event. These tickets cannot be split into partial days. We also provide a table and 2 chairs. We have spaces available both under our sponsor tent and near the sponsor tent if you have a 10’ by 10’ tent that you would like to use. All of this is provided free of charge to organizations that have non-profit status.

Please note: we do not allow non-profits to sell any items that compete with our other vendors.
