Load-In Policy

As of 2023: The Warner Field Load-in is transitioning to a random lottery!

The Warner Field Campground opens Wednesday, June 19th at 9am. If you are planning on arriving prior to the campground opening please follow the instructions below:

The lottery line up for Warner Field will be pedestrian only. The line will start outside of the northeast corner of Warner Field, by the Town’s campground office.

Please send only one person per group – and bring a tarp!

You may begin lining up ON FOOT at 7:30am on Wednesday, June 19th. Numbers will be handed out randomly to the line, so there is no reason to arrive early!

At 8:30am, we will hand out lottery numbers to everyone in line. In order to receive a lottery number you must be wearing your Warner Field Wristband (or present your ticket).

Once all lottery numbers have been handed out, the line will rearrange into order based on numbers.

At 9am, the line will be allowed to enter Warner Field, in order, to claim their space.

Once a space has been claimed, see the host to receive a temporary vehicle pass to unload. Go retrieve your vehicle from parking, present your pass to enter the park, and unload as fast as you can!

-Once your vehicle is unloaded, but before you start setting up camp, drive your vehicle out and present your parking pass once again to our staff who will allow you into our festival parking.

Other Notes

  • When returning with your vehicle to unload, all people inside of the vehicle must have wristbands to enter Town Park. You will be given 20 minutes to unload.
  • There is nowhere else to camp in Telluride on Tuesday night, so please plan ahead.
  • Costumes aren’t required, but they are recommended!
